All Pia Barbra Jewelry purchases are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. This policy applies to all pieces, whether in stock or custom ordered.

30-Day Warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty from the date you receive your order. If your jewelry breaks within this period, we will repair it once, free of charge.

Please note that fine jewelry—particularly delicate or thinner chains—is naturally susceptible to damage from regular wear and tear. Breakage or issues occurring after 30 days are not covered under warranty, and we do not offer repairs beyond this window.
